How do I apply?
Choose a home and apply online in about ten minutes. A real person reviews your application and replies within one business day — no portal, no waiting on hold.
What do I need to apply?
Government-issued ID and recent proof of income. We may ask for a reference or a previous landlord — we'll tell you exactly what's needed before anything is required.
How do screenings work?
We screen through SingleKey — a standard credit and background check. You'll know what to expect up front, and nothing runs without your consent.
Can I book a viewing?
Yes. Request a tour from any home or from the Apply page and we'll confirm a time by email — in person or by video, whatever works for you.
Are pets allowed?
Many of our homes are pet-friendly. Each listing notes its specific pet policy — if you're unsure, just ask and we'll confirm.
Is parking included?
Most homes include a garage or off-street parking. Parking details are listed on each home so you know before you apply.
When can I move in?
Move-in timing is listed per home, and we'll work with your preferred date wherever possible. Tell us your timing on the application.
Can I end my lease early?
Early termination is possible with proper notice. We'll walk you through the options — just reach out and we'll help you find the right path.
